A VOLUNTARY APPROACH

Sustainability, ecology and energy saving: the objective is to imagine technical and technological solutions for the buildings of tomorrow.

ELIASUN TEAMS ARE INVOLVED IN A PROCESS OF EXPLORATION

In line with the new regulation RT 2012, they operate research in sustainability, ecology and energy saving. The objective is to imagine technical and technological solutions for the buildings of tomorrow.

LIASUN DEVELOPS CONSTRUCTION TO DESIGN ECONOMIC HOUSING, HIGH ENERGY PERFORMANCE AND TECHNOLOGIES WITH EXCELLENT ARCHITECTURAL QUALITIES:

- BBC: Building low consumption, with its new version in RT 2012 regulation which imposes from 1 January 2013 the construction and some pardons with constraints of high energy consumption.
- Passive building: used less in France and strongly dependent on the territory and local climate constraints, passive constructions are generally marked with the German label "Passihaus", widely used in the Nordic countries.
- Positive building: producing their own energy and restoring network energy overproduced, energy-positive buildings are rare. Current examples are non-residential buildings and certainly foreshadow the RT 2020.

AN APPROACH FOR PARDONS

The preservation of the heritage, even for the simplest of renovations should not evade energy and environmental constraints. As soon as practicable, the heritage Habitat & environment certification is used to enhance the quality of public areas, the comfort and performance of the housing, the safety of the occupants and, finally, the environmental performance in the rehabilitation of a whole building or a set of grouped more houses of ten years.

BEYOND ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT

Energy constraints include not all constraints. Indeed, the BBC labels do not impose, in any case, the use of sustainable materials or health or ecological qualities.

It is then the HQE who takes over. The high environmental quality is a quality approach, aimed at better comfort in the construction and use of buildings. It is based on an approach to the "total cost" (financial and environmental) of a project. from its design to its end of life, including ideally at least an energy balance, carbon footprint, and an analysis of the cycle of life and maintenance and renewal of the elements built into play. Finally, the cleanliness of construction sites and recycling of industrial waste constraints grow our innovations to own shipyards and whose execution is fast.
